The clinic wants to create a wall(s) showcasing the “Babies of elle” and we need your help! If you worked with any of our clinicians during one or more of your pregnancies, we would love to display a photograph of your baby/babies on our commemorative wall.
Your confidentiality is important to us. We promise to keep your baby’s photo anonymous. If you are amenable to having a photograph of your beautiful baby* on display on our walls, please complete the Photograph Release Form and email both the form and photo of your baby to babiesofelle@ellephysio.com
*If your baby is now a child (it happens!), please send us a pic of them when they were a newborn/under 1 year old
