She has over 22 years of experience, with over 25 certifications in Spin, Yoga, Strength Training, Interval Training and Personal Training. She has been workout choreographer for over 15 years, not one workout is ever the same. Kat is a retired hockey player who played University level in the NCAA Division 1 and has an MBA in Business. She left the Finance world to peruse my passion in fitness and I have never looked back. I’m recognized in both US and Canada as an Ambassador for both Lululemon and Carbon38.

Climber’s Rock

ellephysio is pleased to be a part of the Climber’s Rock youth development program for their competitive climbing teams. We are working together to address injury prevention and comprehensive training programs to keep these growing climbers safe and injury free.
